Citizen Satisfaction Survey

The Annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey is Live!
It is that time of year! Time for the Third Annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey.
The City Council and staff are committed to delivering high-quality services to our community. To better understand how we’re doing and where we can improve, the City launched the annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey in 2024. By taking part, you help us learn what matters most to you and where we should focus our efforts. Your feedback truly guides our work, and your voice matters!
As in previous years, the survey asks about your satisfaction with public safety, parks, public works, community development, and City communication. There’s also space to share any additional thoughts or ideas you may have. Once the survey closes, we’ll publish a full report on the results so residents can see what we heard and how we plan to respond.
The data will be compiled into an Action Plan. Last year’s plan focused on vegetation management, park improvements, and the Local Road Safety Plan. We’re excited to see what residents prioritize this year.
Participating is quick and easy. You can complete the survey electronically using this link or the QR code below. If you have any questions, please get in touch with City Clerk Erin Smith at esmith@normandyparkwa.gov or 206.248.8248.

Weekly Report – March 6, 2026
As we look ahead to our upcoming Arbor Day celebration on Saturday, April 25, 2026, I’d like to encourage residents to consider nominating a tree for the Normandy Park Heritage Tree Program…
Weekly Report – February 27, 2026
Our Annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey is now open, and I’d like to share a brief snapshot of what we’re hearing so far. Residents continue to express strong satisfaction with our Police and Parks services, reflecting the dedication of the people who serve our community every day. Based on the current survey, traffic enforcement, particularly speeding, is an area where many residents would like to see additional focus. Recreation programs remain well-regarded overall, and residents have shared interest in expanding the range of programs and opportunities offered by the City. We are also carefully reviewing feedback about opportunities for residents to engage with the City and maintaining confidence in how public funds are managed.
Weekly Report – Febraury 20, 2026
Many decisions that shape daily life in Normandy Park are made at the state level, not at City Hall. State laws affect things like public safety, transportation funding, housing rules, shoreline protections, and environmental regulations…
