Update on the 2026 Citizen Satisfaction Survey

Our Annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey is now open, and I’d like to share a brief snapshot of what we’re hearing so far.

Residents continue to express strong satisfaction with our Police and Parks services, reflecting the dedication of the people who serve our community every day. Based on the current survey, traffic enforcement, particularly speeding, is an area where many residents would like to see additional focus. Recreation programs remain well-regarded overall, and residents have shared interest in expanding the range of programs and opportunities offered by the City. We are also carefully reviewing feedback about opportunities for residents to engage with the City and maintaining confidence in how public funds are managed.

Your feedback plays an important role in guiding decisions made by City staff and the City Council. It helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve.

If you have already completed the survey, thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. If you have not yet participated, I encourage you to do so. Your input directly shapes City services and helps ensure we continue to meet our community’s needs.
