2026 Citizen Satisfaction Survey Closing on June 12^th

The 2026 Citizen Satisfaction Survey will close on Friday, June 12^th.

At the City of Normandy Park, we are committed to providing excellent service and continuously improving our community. To do that, we need to hear from you.

The Annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey gives residents an opportunity to share what matters most to them, identify areas where the City is doing well, and highlight where additional attention may be needed. Your feedback helps shape City priorities and guides future decisions. Every response makes a difference because we use the results.

Each year, we review the feedback, compare it to previous surveys, and identify opportunities for improvement. Recent examples of resident feedback that led to action include:

• Taking a more proactive approach to addressing overgrown vegetation concerns.
• Developing a stronger plan to improve pedestrian and roadway safety through the completion of the City’s Local Road Safety Plan.
• Enhancing communication with residents.
• Investing in parks and public spaces. As a direct result of resident feedback, Marvista Park will receive a major refresh beginning this summer.

What priorities will residents identify for 2026? We will know once the survey results are compiled and analyzed later this month.

If you have not already participated, please take a few minutes to complete the survey. Once the results have been analyzed, the City will publish a comprehensive report so residents can see what was heard and how the information will be used.
