Public Notice: Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for Normandy Park 2025 Road Standards

A Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) is issued for a non-project legislative action proposing adoption of updated Normandy Park 2025 Road Design and Construction Standards (“Road Standards”) and corresponding amendments to several chapters of the Normandy Park Municipal Code (NPMC). The proposed amendments to the NPMC are limited to items such as: cross-references, name changes, and clarifying language, including portions of Title 10, Title 17, and Title 18.

A Public Hearing Notice for the adoption of the 2025 Road Design and Construction Standards has been issued on September 26, 2025. The Public Hearing will be held on October 14, 2025 at 7pm in Normandy Park City Hall.
