Purpose: Decision on a conditional use permit to allow the establishment and operation of Normandy Park Fern Creek Preschool within a pre-existing, single-family home.
Hearing Date: June 2nd, 2026, at 1:30pm
Location: City Hall, 801 SW 174th St, Normandy Park, WA 98166, Council Chambers
Review Authority: Hearing Examiner
Proposal Description: Establish a small, high-quality early learning program that serves families in Normandy Park while maintaining the quiet, residential character of the neighborhood. The preschool will operate on a limited scale and provide a nurturing, play-based environment for young children.
The purpose of this notice is to invite interested parties to provide comments orally or in writing at the hearing.
