Public Hearing Notice 2026 Property Tax Levy Resolution No. 1028
The City Council of the City of Normandy Park invites all interested parties to attend the Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, beginning at 7:00 PM in person at City Hall, 801 SW 174th St, Normandy Park, WA 98166 or via Zoom to consider the following:
A resolution of the City Council of the City of Normandy Park increasing the regular property tax levy to a rate not to exceed $1.60/$1,000 AV commencing January 1, 2026, on all property, both real and personal, in compliance with RCW 84.55.120.
Interested persons may provide testimony either in writing, remotely during the meeting using the Zoom link posted to the website or by appearing in-person at the Public Hearing.
