Part-Time Assistant Preschool Teacher
Salary
$18.85-$27.09/per hour DOE
Job Summary
The City of Normandy Park is looking for two experienced early childhood instructors to assist with our morning and afternoon preschool classes. AM teaching hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am with work hours from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. PM teaching hours are Monday through Thursday from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm with work hours from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Additional hours may be required for staff meetings and special events.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- U.S. Citizen or legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Early Childhood Education or coursework preferred.
- Two years’ experience working in a preschool setting with children ages 3-5. Experience with curriculum planning desired.
- Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background investigation.
