Project Summary

Projects include sidewalk and storm drainage improvements in various streets within the City. The Project includes storm drainage improvements, curb and gutter replacements and sidewalk improvements at various locations within the public right of way and easements, around the City.  Link to the design plans can be found here. Construction Schedule can be found here. These projects will be completed in preparation for the King County Pavement Preservation to follow in the Fall of 2024.

Project Timeline

• • • April 2024 – This project is scheduled to go out for bid in late April
    • May 14th, 2024 – The contract for the 2024 Sidewalk and Storm Projects was approved at the Normandy Park City Council Meeting. 
    • Construction to begin June 17^th and is expected to be completed by the end of August.
