Recreation Facility Rentals
The City of Normandy Park owns and operates parks and recreation facilities, which are available for rental. Reservations are only accepted through our booking website.

Once you have requested a reservation and you will be able to pay inline. You will need to submit the applicable fees with the appropriate Facility Rental Application. Your event may also require a Special Event Permit Application and Fee for groups over 75 people. Contact us at (206) 248-7603 for more information.

Soccer, baseball/softball, children’s play area, walking/jogging, and basketball. Used by private organizations and sports leagues from the area and county.

Destination park and playground including five acres fully-developed with grass, sidewalks, and landscaping (mostly level with some small slopes and mounds).
This site includes: children’s play equipment, community garden patches, a rose garden, a paved ADA accessible trail, five (5) benches and four (4) picnic tables, ADA compliant restroom, and covered picnic shelter with power and water.
This site also includes:
- Open-sided shelter with a concrete floor and an assembly of 50
- Electrical service and water nearby
- Charcoal grilling is allowed in the Gazebo grill
- Outside portable grills are not allowed
- Bounce houses, inflatables, climbing walls, dunk tanks, and slides are not allowed
- Four picnic tables with a seating capacity of 40
$80 for a four (4) hour increment - Rentals must be in the following 4-hour increments:
9:00 am – 1:00 pm, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm, or 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm - Gazebo rental available April-November. Not available on Sundays from 3rd weekend in July through 4th weekend in August
- Maximum capacity is 74, for groups with 75 or more people a special event permit is required. Call us at (206) 248-7603 with questions.
