2021 Comprehensive Plan Docket Open Jan 1 – Feb 1
The City of Normandy Park is now accepting Comprehensive Plan Amendment requests for the City’s 2021 Comprehensive Plan Amendment Docket. Such requests must be submitted in writing, must be accompanied by the Comprehensive Plan Amendment filing fee, and must be received by the City no later than Monday, February 1, 2021 at 4:30 pm.
All requests received by the February 1, 2021 deadline will be considered concurrently by the Planning Commission as part of the annual Comprehensive Plan Amendment docket, as required by the Washington State Growth Management Act. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council on each request. The Council will approve, approve with modifications, or disapprove each request.
Chapter 18.62 Normandy Park Municipal Code lists the required criteria for Comprehensive Plan amendments.
