18.08.200 T Definitions, and Title 18.10.060 Use Chart; and adding new
sections Title 18.22.036 Conditional Use Permits Additional Requirements for
Emergency Shelters, Emergency Housing, and Permanent Supportive
Housing, Title 18.44.090 Permanent Supportive and Transitional Housing
Requirements, and Title 18.44.100 Emergency Shelters and Emergency
Housing Requirements.

The Planning Commission made its May 19 public hearing recommendation to City Council for first reading on June 14. The Council will undertake a second reading on July 12. The Planning Commission’s agenda bill, public notice, and SEPA threshold determination are all available.
