Public Hearing Notice – Property Tax Levy 2025 and Revenue Resources

The City Council of the City of Normandy Park invites all interested parties to attend the Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, beginning at 7:00 PM in person at City Hall, 801 SW 174^th St, Normandy Park, WA 98166 or via Zoom to consider the following:

A Resolution No. 1015 of the City Council of the City of Normandy Park increasing the regular property tax levy to a rate not to exceed $1.60/$1,000 AV commencing January 1, 2025, on all property, both real and personal, in compliance with RCW 84.55.120.

 The hearing will also be held on revenue sources for the City’s 2025-2026 current expense budget.
