Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Normandy Park, Washington, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to take public testimony concerning draft Ordinance No. 1066 regarding the Periodic Update of the 2016 Normandy Park Comprehensive Plan under requirements at RCW 36.70A.130.

Amendments are proposed to all of the chapter Elements; proposed amendments address elements including housing, urban growth capacity, capital investment planning requirements, environmental considerations for sea level rise and continued stormwater management, and economic development actions to improve the local business climate.
