We strive to provide the best service possible to Normandy Park residents. To achieve this level of excellence, we are asking for your participation in the Annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey. Your feedback will help us better understand what services are important to you and what areas need more attention, so please take a few minutes to complete this survey. Your voice matters.

The data gathered will be evaluated and compared to last year’s survey results. In 2024, using the survey analysis tool, the top five words mentioned in the comment section were need, parks, street, police, and sidewalks. Survey results showed strong satisfaction with the police, parks, and the City’s efforts in protecting the environment. It also highlighted some areas that we want to work on improving. We are very interested in seeing the ranking that residents submit this year. Like last year, the survey covers your satisfaction with public safety, parks, public works, community development, and communication. There’s also a section for you to share your thoughts on anything we might have missed. Once the survey is complete, we will publish a comprehensive report on the results, ensuring transparency in the process.

Submitting your input is easy. You can complete the survey electronically using this link or the QR code below. If you have any questions, please get in touch with City Clerk Erin Smith at esmith@normandyparkwa.gov or 206.248.8248.
